What is the best way to reach Bikaner?

The best time to visit Bikaner is between mid September to April. During this time the weather is pleasant for all kinds of outdoor activities.

While you're at Narendra Bhawan, we have a wide range of experiential dining and explorations especially curated for you.

How many days are sufficient to explore Bikaner?

We recommend a 2-3 nights stay to explore Bikaner.

What is Bikaner famous for?

Bikaner, a royal city of Rajasthan, is known for a number of things ranging from forts and palaces to sweets and snacks. Junagarh fort, Kote Gate etc are some of the well known monuments of the city.

Bikaner is also known for its handicrafts and leather articles. Our merchant exploration tour will give you a sneak peek into the past. You could take a tour of the palaces that are unusual and the fort that is fascinating with our Royal Exploration.

How close are the local markets from your hotel?

A 15 - 17 minutes drive will get you to the local market. We will be happy arrange transfers.

We do not have any shops in the hotel premises.

Do you have a salon at the hotel?

Currently we do not have a salon at the Narendra Bhawan.

Where is your hotel located?

Narendra Bhawan is located in the beautiful city of Bikaner, which is designed in a palace-residence offering a luxurious stay experience.

Is the Hotel friendly to differently abled or wheelchair-bound guests? Are wheelchairs available at the resort if required?

We do not have a room designed for the especially abled. We do not have a wheel chair at the hotel premises.

Do you have a pool?

We have a common infinity pool which is operational 0900 hours to 1700 hours.

Do you allow smoking at the hotel?

We have only non smoking rooms available in the hotel.

Do you allow pets?

We are a pet-friendly hotel.

Do you have a doctor at the hotel?

Currently we do not have a doctor available at the hotel premise.

Is there a business centre available at your hotel? Do you have Wi - Fi connectivity. Could you share the speed and the charges?

We offer complimentary wi-fi to all our guests. Currently we do not have a business centre.

Do you offer accommodation for drivers / domestic help?

We do not have accommodation for drivers / domestic help.

Rooms

Can I smoke in my room / suite?

Smoking is not allowed in the rooms. You can smoke in the balcony of the room. Smoking rooms are always subject to availability and cannot be confirmed.

Are there rooms for differently abled in the hotel?

We do not have a room designed for the convenience of the differently abled.

Do your rooms have a private pool?

Private pools are not available at Narendra Bhawan.

Can the twin beds be joined to make a king bed?

Unfortunately, this will not be possible. We however have rooms with king beds available too.

Can extra beds / extra mattress be placed in any category?

Extra beds can be placed in all room categories at an additional cost.

Is the spa/restaurant/pool open to non-resident guests?

The restaurant is open to nonresident guests. However, the pool and spa is only for our in-house guests.

Arrivals and Transfers

How do I organize a transfer to and from the hotel?

A car transfer can be arranged for you at an additional cost from the Bikaner airport to Narendra Bhawan. For additional information please connect with the hotel team.

Will a hotel staff receive me at the airport when I arrive in Bikaner?

Our airport representative will be waiting at the arrival's lounge with a placard of the hotel name "Narendra Bhawan" along with guest name.

I have dietary preferences related to allergies, will you be able to cater to these?

On your arrival, if you could share your dietary preferences with the Narendra Bhawan F&B team, we will take care of it as much as possible so that your stay is enjoyable and stress-free.

I am health concious and restrict myself to healthier foods. Will you be able to serve these during my stay?

Do you organise any special meal experiences?

We have White Nights of the Rajputs at Darbari, Museum Lunch or Dinner, The Crescent Grill and Dinner at the Poolside, Literary Lunch and many more which can be arranged on chargeable basis.

If I want a specific room number, can you guarantee this?

We always try to accommodate and honour any requests. However, this might not be possible at all times. It would be subject to availability and it will be our endeavour to accommodate any special request.

We are an extended family can we book two rooms close to each other?

Your preference is our priority. We will always try to reserve rooms in close proximity to each other which would be subject to availability.

Can I get married at Narendra Bhawan? Is there a wedding catalog available?

Narendra Bhawan makes for a magical destination wedding in Rajasthan. We would have one of our experts get in touch with you.

I want to organize something special for my loved one – can you help?

We want to make every bit of your stay here memorable. Please let us know in advance. We have some curated dining experiences and explorations and will be happy to share the details over an email. You could also discuss this with our Guest Experience Manager on arrival at Narendra Bhawan and they will share ideas and suggestions with you.

I am celebrating my birthday / honeymoon etc, can the hotel providing any complimentary services?

We will be happy to arrange a small cake (500-gram cake) on a complimentary basis, for special occasions. A bouquet can be arranged with a minimum of 96 hours / 04 days notice.
